Cancellation Policy
A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations within 48 hrs of the scheduled appointment.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A $15 deposit is required in order to book an appointment. The remaining balance will be due the day of the appointment. All rescheduled appointments need to give a 48 hr notice otherwise deposit will be lost. If needing to reschedule for a 2nd time, the deposit will be lost and another is required to book.
NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY
All no call no show appointments will be charged a 40% fee. No call no show appointments will lose deposit. If wanting to reschedule, deposit is doubled to $30.
LATE POLICY
If running late to the scheduled appointment, a 1hr notice is required. If you are 15 minutes late from the appointment time, the deposit will be lost, appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged the 20% cancellation fee.
